Project 004 is currently in concept design.

A proposal for a 1700 square foot house on a vacant lot, the design features 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as a large double-height social space in-between that combines kitchen, living, and dining. With the tall pitched roof, this project also incorporates two loft spaces that overlook the social space. Finally, all the rooms walk out onto deck space with framed views of the exterior landscape. These frames provide the occupants in the bedrooms increased privacy and solitude with outdoor curtains & shading.
