A complete interior renovation of a dated 1970s condominium with extraordinary views of the water. The redesign of the unit features an open plan to maximize views of the water and to ease circulation, and centers the new kitchen closer to the water which allowed for the addition of a new powder room and small guest room. The existing bathrooms were entirely redone with new fixtures and finishes, Siberian white oak floors were installed, and the detailing throughout is minimal without baseboards or trim.

The renovation was completed in 2017.
