Project 787 is currently in concept design.

A young family of three is looking to redesign their townhouse to meet their lifestyle ambitions. Whether it is baking wonders in a new light-filled kitchen, squeezing in a workout at the home gym, taking a Zoom in the home workspaces, escaping to the den of solitude, and having enough messy play-space for a very active young child, they want it all. Design studies have included options for a third floor, and the future conversion of the ground floor to additional bedrooms or an ADU.

The challenge of the project is balancing all the program elements in a limited footprint, adapting spaces to serve other uses, and allowing for change while staying simple & generous with space.
